Hi, thanks so much for booking a session w me. I’m so excited to get together & bring your vision to life. For the sake of clarity & consistency, I’ve updated my session policies, as mentioned below, so we can be on the same page about logistics, & use the time to focus on the real important stuff, YOUR MUSIC!

RATES

• I work on production & recording at an hourly rate, depending on location, mentioned in STUDIOS tab. Along with your session you’re also entitled to a rough mix, but for a full mix/master, I have separate flat rates, mentioned in SERVICES tab.

DEPOSIT

• I require a 50% deposit to keep the time booked for you. Once the session is over, I’ll ask you for the other 50% before sending you the tracks. 

CANCELLATIONS

• In the event of a cancellation, at LEAST 24 hour notice is required in order to return your deposit / hold it for next time. I do this to honor my time & yours.

LATENESS

• Time blocks for sessions are rigid. So let’s say we book a session 4p-8p & you come at 4:30p/5p. The sessions time is still 4p-8p. I understand things do happen, so I strongly urge you to pick a start time that you know you can keep and give yourself plenty of time as to avoid any lateness. Things to keep in mind are: travel, parking, a run to the store prior to the session, etc. If I have some time after the session, we can talk about extending the session, but once the deposit is sent, the start time is the start time. Similarly to the cancellation policy, I do this to honor my time & yours.
